Terms of service

Draft for legal review. Last edited 6 October 2026. Written for an EU subscription service and not yet reviewed by a lawyer; details in [square brackets] are still to be filled in. It must be reviewed and approved before any paid plan is sold.

These terms govern your Saiteki account and any subscription you take out. Nothing in them takes away a right you have as a consumer under EU or national law; where a term and the law disagree, the law wins.

Who provides the service

Saiteki is operated by BHNV LTD, registered in Cyprus under company number HE 484147, at Georgiou Griva Digeni 43, Floor 2, Limassol, 3106, Cyprus. VAT number: [VAT number]. Email: [customer service email].

What the service is, and what it is not yet

Saiteki is a search engine optimisation service: site audits, keyword research, rank tracking, content optimisation and backlink analysis, within the limits of the plan you choose. Those limits are published on the pricing page before you pay.

The analysis service is not connected yet. Until it is, you can open an account and list your sites, and no paid plan can be bought. We will not take a payment for a service we cannot provide.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. You can add a second factor — an authenticator app — from your account’s security page, and we strongly recommend it. Keep access to your email and your authenticator to yourself: whoever holds them can use your account.

If you lose your authenticator, we can remove it once we have confirmed the account is yours. We will never do that on the strength of an email alone, because that is exactly what someone who had taken over your inbox would send.

Plans and prices

There is a free plan, and paid plans priced by the amount you choose to spend a month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in US dollars. The price, the billing period and the plan’s limits are shown before you pay, and the price you agreed to is the one you are charged at every renewal. VAT: [prices include VAT at the rate of your country of residence / VAT treatment to be confirmed].

If we change a plan’s price, the new price applies to existing subscribers only from a renewal at least [30] days after we have told you by email, and you can cancel before it does.

Billing and renewal

  1. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, on our payment provider’s page. We never see your card number.
  2. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, charged to the same card, until you cancel.
  3. We email a receipt for every payment.
  4. If a renewal payment fails you keep your plan while we try again — 3 more times over about 15 days — and we email you each time, with a way to pay with a different card. If the fourth attempt fails, your account moves to the Free plan and nothing more is charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account, with one button, as easily as you subscribed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to Free. Cancelling never takes effect retroactively and is not itself a refund — see your right to withdraw below, and the refund policy.

Your right to withdraw

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us — by email to [customer service email], or with any other clear statement.

When you subscribe you can ask us to start the service straight away instead of waiting 14 days. If you do, and then withdraw, you pay only for the days the service was provided before you told us; we refund the rest within 14 days, to the card you paid with. The refund policy sets out how that is worked out.

The right to withdraw applies to a new subscription, not to each renewal. [Reviewer to confirm treatment of renewals under the applicable law.]

Acceptable use

Use the service only for sites you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not use it to attack, overload or scrape a site against its owner’s wishes, or to try to get round your plan’s limits.

Our responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Search engines decide rankings, not us: we cannot promise any position, and nothing in the service is a guarantee of traffic or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. [Liability cap to be set by the reviewer].

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or an emergency prevents us.

Disputes and the law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, tell us first. You can also refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body, listed in the European Commission’s directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies, at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
