How billing works
- Prices are in US dollars, tax included. Annual plans are charged once a year, at ten months’ price; monthly plans once a month.
- Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling is one button in your account, as easy as subscribing.
- When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
- If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan while we retry for about two weeks, and we email you.
