Refund policy

Draft for legal review. Last edited 6 October 2026. Written for an EU subscription service and not yet reviewed by a lawyer; details in [square brackets] are still to be filled in. It must be reviewed and approved before any paid plan is sold.

Saiteki is a subscription to a digital service, so a refund here is about the time you paid for.

Within 14 days of subscribing

You may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason — see the terms. If you asked us to start straight away when you subscribed, we refund what you paid minus the days already provided, worked out day by day:

refund = amount paid × (days remaining in the period ÷ days in the period)

So withdrawing from a monthly plan after 3 days of a 30-day month returns 27/30 of the payment. If you did not ask us to start straight away, nothing was provided and the refund is in full. [Reviewer to decide whether to refund in full in every case as a goodwill policy.]

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; that period is not refunded. If something on our side stopped you using the service for a substantial part of a period, tell us and we will put it right, which may mean a refund for that part.

Payments you did not expect

If you were charged for a renewal after cancelling, or charged twice, it is a mistake on our side and we refund it in full as soon as you tell us.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, within 14 days of your request. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank. Ask by email to [customer service email], with the reference from your receipt.
