Questions
Can I use Saiteki today?
You can open an account, switch on two-factor sign-in and list the sites you want looked after. The analysis itself — audits, rankings, keywords — is not connected yet, and paid plans cannot be bought until it is. We will not show you a made-up analysis in the meantime: a report about your site that nobody actually produced would be worse than none.
What does my plan include?
The same five tools on every plan. You choose what to spend a month, and the limits grow with it; the pricing page shows what any amount buys, and the site enforces those limits, so what you see there is what you get.
How do I cancel?
From Account, then Subscription: one button. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing more is charged.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
You keep your plan while we try again over about two weeks, and we email you each time with a way to pay with a different card. If it still has not gone through, your account moves to Free. Nothing about your account or your sites is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of subscribing, yes — see the refund policy for how it is worked out.
Why is there no password?
You sign in with a link sent to your email. There is no password to forget, reuse or leak. For more protection, switch on an authenticator app as a second factor in Account, then Security.
I have lost my authenticator. What now?
Your sign-in link alone will not switch it off — that is the point of it. Here is how to get back in.
Who is behind this?
Saiteki is run by a company registered in Cyprus. Its details, as the law requires them, are at the start of the terms.
